When you buy devices in volume, knowing the exact condition of each unit is essential.
Many suppliers use letter grades like A+, A and AB. We use our own U+, U1 and U2 system, which maps directly onto those familiar grades. If you already know the industry standard, you already understand ours.

Our highest grade. These devices are in excellent condition and look and feel close to new.

- Screen and body in outstanding shape, with no visible scratches at normal viewing distance
Functional condition
- All buttons, ports and cameras fully functional
- All internal components working
- Fully tested before dispatch
- Battery health: 80%+ on most devices, may be lower on some
What A+ means: in the industry, A+ is the top refurbished grade, and our U+ is equivalent to it.
Excellent Quality (A / A+ Grade)
Devices in very good condition with light signs of use that are not immediately noticeable.
