Ordering and Minimum Quantity
1.1. Universal Telecom is a wholesaler of R2-certified pre-owned iPhones based in the UAE.
1.2. To place an order, a minimum quantity of 50 pieces is required.
Product Information
2.1. We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without notice.

Warranty
3.1. All products come with a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery.
3.2. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.
Shipping
4.1. Worldwide shipping is available. Costs and delivery times are shared at order confirmation.
4.2. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Refunds
5.1. Report damaged or defective items within 7 days for return or exchange.
5.2. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging.
5.3. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after return.
